Requirements

• Engineering degree (industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering).
• Several years of experience as managing director in a medium-sized industrial company.
• Proven track record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high social skills.
• Competence to lead the company into the future.
• Fluent in German and English.
